![]() The hotel is very accessible for those with mobility challenges. They answered our questions and were very nice and helpful. On a bright note, the breakfast restaurant on the 6th floor served delicious meals and Willie, a server, was so kind. We wanted to unwind and turn off our cell phones and requested a wake up call and it never came. We needed to call to the front desk more than once and after waiting 20 minutes one time, I ended up going all the way down to the front desk for help. There is no need to try to call to reach the front desk because they NEVER answered the phone!. I understand it’s off season but we were told that the rooms would not be cleaned daily but we could ask for fresh linens. They are cutting corners with limited staff.
